5. Maintain records of student attendance, performance metrics, and participation levels to report to school management.
6. Represent Cambridge School at local cultural events, showcasing dance talent and building community connections.
7. Train and mentor junior staff or volunteers assisting with dance programs, ensuring consistency in teaching standards.
8. Attend school meetings to discuss dance program improvements and share feedback with administrative teams.
Required Qualifications
Hold a postgraduate degree in dance or a related field, with at least two years of experience in arts administration or similar roles. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is preferred but not mandatory for this non-teaching position. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and digital content creation, are essential for managing program documentation and communication.
