Required Qualifications
Graduate degree in Computer Applications, Information Technology, or related field from a recognized university. Minimum three years of experience in ERP management, preferably in the education sector. Hands-on experience with school ERP solutions like Fedena, MyClassboard, or similar platforms is essential.
Familiarity with database management, SQL, and basic network administration is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure during peak academic periods. Knowledge of local regulatory requirements for student data handling is an added advantage.
