- Manage the budget and resources allocated to the football program
- Collaborate with the school administration to ensure compliance with school policies and procedures
- Represent the school in football tournaments, competitions, and events
- Develop and implement a recruitment and retention strategy for top football talent
- Ensure that the football program is safe, inclusive, and respectful of all players
