Qualifications

Responsibilities
Lead the school’s music department as the primary coordinator, ensuring smooth execution of all music-related activities and events. Manage schedules, budgets, and procurement of instruments and equipment, maintaining optimal inventory levels. Oversee the planning and execution of cultural programs, inter-school competitions, and annual festivals, coordinating with faculty and external partners. Serve as the liaison between the school administration and the music community, representing Rama Devi International School at local and regional events. Develop and implement policies for music activities, ensuring compliance with school guidelines and regulatory standards.
Administrative Leadership
Maintain accurate records of music program budgets, expenditures, and resource allocation. Prepare monthly reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and future plans. Facilitate professional development workshops for staff involved in music activities, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Monitor compliance with safety and health regulations related to music equipment and venues.
Community Engagement
Represent Rama Devi International School at cultural festivals and community events in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. Build partnerships with local music organizations, artists, and educational bodies to enhance the school’s cultural outreach. Coordinate volunteer opportunities and outreach programs that involve students and families, strengthening community ties.
Salary
Rs.15,000 - Rs.32,000 per month.
