Responsibilities
Prepare lesson plans aligned with the school’s curriculum for English language development. Conduct daily classroom activities, including grammar exercises, reading sessions, and creative writing tasks. Assess student progress through continuous evaluation and provide constructive feedback.
Teaching Methodology
Utilize interactive teaching methods such as storytelling, group discussions, and multimedia presentations to enhance student engagement. Ensure that all lessons are tailored to meet the diverse learning needs of students in the school. Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Student Engagement
Encourage students to participate actively in class discussions and extracurricular activities. Collaborate with other teachers to support holistic development, including cultural and literary events. Foster a love for English through fun and innovative teaching approaches.
Compensation
The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary ranging from Rs.15,000 to Rs.25,000. Additional benefits may include a modest allowance for travel and professional development opportunities. The role is a full-time position within the school’s established schedule.
