Day-to-Day Duties
- Prepare and deliver Mathematics lessons to students in classes 6-8
- Utilize digital tools, such as Khan Academy and Mathway, to supplement teaching
- Conduct online assessments and track student progress
- Develop and implement assessment strategies to measure student learning
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and coordinate Mathematics curriculum
- Attend staff meetings and contribute to school events
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills
- Assist in the development of Mathematics resources and materials for the school
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized institution
- Experience of teaching Mathematics in a school setting
- Familiarity with Mathematics curriculum and assessment frameworks
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills
- Digital literacy and proficiency in using online teaching tools
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and online grading tools
- Familiarity with educational technology platforms, such as Google Classroom
- Ability to adapt to changing educational technologies and trends
Salary and Benefits
