- Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to engage students and promote their academic growth.
- Guide and mentor junior teachers in the Biology department, helping them to improve their teaching skills and confidence.
- Conduct formative and summative assessments to evaluate student learning and provide feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that students receive a comprehensive education.
- Develop and implement curriculum changes to meet the needs of students and the institution.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the institution's academic policies.
- Represent the institution in local and national educational events.

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced PGT Biology Teacher who has a strong passion for teaching. The ideal candidate should have a postgraduate degree in Biology (M.Sc) or a related field and a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree.
