Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver senior Biology lessons aligned with CBSE standards across XI–XII sections.
Oversee curriculum mapping for Classes XI and XII, ensuring 100% syllabus completion before pre-board exams.
Conduct weekly departmental meetings to review lesson plans and share best teaching practices.
Mentor newly joined Biology Teachers, sharing pedagogy techniques and classroom management tips.
Analyze past board results, identify weak topics, and design targeted revision modules.
Coordinate with the science lab team to procure specimens and maintain safety protocols.
Organize inter-house Biology quizzes and prepare teams for regional competitions.
Prepare students for NEET through weekend doubt-clearing sessions and mock tests.
Recommend resource materials and digital tools to enhance concept clarity.
Required Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in Life Sciences or Zoology with minimum 55% marks.
B.Ed from a recognized institution with valid TET/CTET certification.
Minimum 3 years of Biology teaching experience in a senior-secondary school.
Experience in handling CBSE Class XI–XII Biology preferred.
NET or SET qualified candidates will be given preference during shortlisting.
Learning and Development
Eligible candidates can transition into a Vice Principal track after 2 years based on performance.
