What You Bring
A postgraduate degree in Botany and a minimum of 2 years teaching experience, preferably in a secondary school setting. B.Ed or D.El.Ed is required, with TET/CTET preferred. Demonstrated leadership in curriculum design, staff mentoring, or project management is essential. Strong communication skills and a passion for fostering scientific curiosity among students are expected.
