- Assess student understanding through quizzes, class participation and immediate feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and a supportive learning atmosphere.
Regular Responsibilities
- Design and update unit tests, project work and case studies on a weekly or term basis.
- Participate in weekly department meetings and share best practices for Business Studies teaching.
- Guide students in extracurricular activities such as business clubs, debates and model entrepreneurship fairs.
- Provide regular progress reports to parents and coordinate with senior staff for student counseling.
Periodic Responsibilities
- Organise termly examinations, evaluate answer scripts and publish results in a timely manner.
- Conduct parent‑teacher meetings at the end of each term to discuss student performance and improvement plans.

Qualification and Experience
