Role Summary
Delhi Public School in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh invites applications for the post of PGT Computer Science Teacher. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Computer Science to students at the senior secondary level.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver lessons on Computer Science to students in grades 11 and 12
- Prepare and administer assessments to evaluate student progress
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress
- Participate in co-curricular activities such as robotics and coding clubs
- Collaborate with other teachers to develop curriculum and assessments
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development programs
- Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
Required Qualifications
Must Have:
- Post-graduate degree in Computer Science or a related field
- B.Ed/D.El.Ed degree
- Experience teaching Computer Science to senior secondary students for at least 4 years
Good to Have:
- TET/CTET certification
- Experience with educational technology and software
