9. Document student progress through portfolios and periodic reviews.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have
- Postgraduate degree in Fine Arts (Painting/Sculpture/Applied Arts) from a recognized university.
- B.Ed degree with specialization in Fine Arts or Art Education.
- Minimum 4 years of teaching experience in Fine Arts at senior secondary level.
- Proficiency in handling art materials, tools, and digital art software.
- Ability to conduct practical exams and viva voce sessions.
Good to Have
- CTET or TET certification in Art Education.
- Experience in organizing inter-school art festivals.
- Knowledge of Indian and Western art history and aesthetics.
- Participation in national-level art workshops or residencies.
- Publication or recognition in art journals or exhibitions.
