PGT Hindi Teacher Position at Prominence World School in Gautam Buddha Nagar

Daily Responsibilities
Plan and conduct daily Hindi lessons, ensuring interactive and culturally relevant content. Prepare lesson plans that incorporate grammar, literature, and regional traditions. Engage students through discussions, creative writing exercises, and multimedia presentations. Maintain a structured yet flexible approach to meet diverse learning needs.
Regular Responsibilities Across the Academic Cycle
Develop and assess student progress through periodic evaluations, including oral and written tests. Collaborate with the Hindi department to refine teaching methods and curriculum alignment. Organize extracurricular activities like poetry recitals, debate clubs, or cultural fairs to strengthen language skills. Stay updated on educational trends and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
Periodic Responsibilities
Participate in termly review meetings to discuss student performance and adjust teaching strategies. Prepare and submit periodic reports on student achievements and areas needing improvement. Attend workshops or training sessions to enhance teaching expertise in Hindi and related subjects.
A qualified candidate with a postgraduate degree in Hindi and at least two years of teaching experience is required. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory. While TET/CTET is not mandatory, prior teaching experience in Hindi at the secondary or higher level is highly beneficial. The role offers a competitive salary of Rs.40,000 to Rs.70,000 per month, with the position based in Sadar, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
