Core responsibilities
1. Deliver engaging lessons that meet state standards and inspire critical thinking.
2. Design and administer formative and summative assessments.
3. Prepare detailed lesson plans and resource materials.
4. Utilize technology to enhance historical inquiry and visualization.
5. Guide students in research projects and presentations.
6. Maintain accurate student records and progress reports.
7. Participate in extracurricular history clubs and events.
8. Attend faculty meetings and contribute to school improvement plans.
9. Engage with parents through progress discussions and school events.
What you bring to the table
- Post‑graduate degree in History or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience at the PGT level.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed required; TET/CTET preferred.
- Strong command of Hindi and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to create inclusive learning environments and manage diverse classrooms.
