Participate in curriculum development meetings to refine teaching methods and incorporate modern teaching techniques.
Qualification
Hold a postgraduate degree in History with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Experience in teaching at the secondary level is essential, with a strong academic background in historical studies. A TET/CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
Minimum of four years of teaching experience at the secondary school level, preferably in History. Familiarity with CBSE/NCERT syllabi and a passion for nurturing young historians is a must. Experience in motivating students through diverse teaching approaches is highly valued.
Compensation
