This is a full-time position for a PGT Physical Education Teacher in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. Day-to-Day Duties
Plan and conduct daily physical education classes for students from Class 9 to Class 12. Organize and supervise sports activities, inter-house competitions, and school sports events. Maintain discipline, safety, and hygiene standards during all physical education sessions.
Assess and document student progress in physical fitness and sports skills. Collaborate with the school’s sports coordinator to develop the annual sports calendar. Manage equipment and ensure proper maintenance of sports facilities.
Coordinate with external coaches for specialized training programs. Promote healthy lifestyle habits among students through regular physical activity sessions.
Eligibility Criteria
Postgraduate degree in Physical Education or a related field is required. B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory for this Physical Education Teaching Job in Uttar Pradesh. TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum four years of teaching experience in Physical Education is necessary. Candidates with experience in CBSE-affiliated schools will be given preference.
