Qualification

Experience
A minimum of two years of teaching experience in Physical Education is necessary. Experience in managing sports clubs, organizing inter-school competitions, or leading fitness workshops will be a significant asset. Familiarity with modern sports science and inclusive teaching methods is preferred.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute Physical Education lessons that promote physical fitness, teamwork, and discipline. Develop and update the school’s sports curriculum to reflect current trends and student needs. Supervise extracurricular sports activities, including club meetings and inter-house competitions.

Contribute to the design of Physical Education programs that align with national education standards. Ensure lessons are interactive, safe, and adaptable for students of diverse backgrounds. Work closely with the school’s sports coordinator to enhance athletic performance and participation rates.
Student Engagement
Encourage student participation in sports by creating motivational and inclusive environments. Organize fun and competitive events that boost morale and team spirit. Act as a mentor to students, guiding them in sportsmanship and personal growth.
Facility Management
Maintain school sports facilities, including gyms, playgrounds, and equipment. Ensure all areas are well-kept and safe for use. Collaborate with maintenance staff to address any issues promptly.
Compensation
