About This Role
Delhi Public School is seeking an experienced and passionate PGT Physics Teacher to join our faculty. As a PGT Physics Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching Physics to our students and contributing to the development of the subject curriculum. We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and committed to providing high-quality education to our students.
What You Will Do
- Teach Physics to classes VI to XII
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans, assessments, and evaluations
- Develop and implement engaging and interactive Physics lessons
- Use various teaching methods to cater to different learning styles
- Provide feedback and guidance to students on their performance
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and maintain open communication with parents
- Stay updated with curriculum changes and developments in Physics
- Supervise and mentor students during extracurricular activities
Who Can Apply
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Physics Teacher who has a strong passion for teaching and learning. The ideal candidate will have a B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree with a specialization in Physics. A TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 4 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
