What You Will Do
1. Assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of academic programs, policies, and procedures at Kidzee School.
2. Coordinate with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the school.
3. Maintain accurate records and reports related to student performance, attendance, and activities.
4. Assist in the development and implementation of school policies, including those related to student conduct, academic standards, and curriculum.
5. Coordinate with external organizations, such as government agencies, for school activities and programs.
6. Assist in the preparation of budgets, reports, and other documents as required.
7. Maintain a safe and healthy learning environment for students and staff.
8. Perform other duties as assigned by the school administration.
Required Qualifications
A post-graduate degree from a recognized university is required. B.Ed/D.El.Ed is desirable but not essential. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is mandatory.
Preferred Skills
Experience in managing academic programs, policies, and procedures is essential. Familiarity with educational software and technology is preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required.

Kidzee School offers a competitive salary range of Rs.25,000 - Rs.40,000 per month. The selected candidate will also be entitled to other benefits as per school policies.
