- Assess student work, maintain records of progress and provide feedback to parents during meetings.
- Organize intra‑school art fairs, craft workshops and collaborate with senior teachers for interdisciplinary projects.
- Ensure a safe, tidy classroom and manage art supplies, inventory and budgeting for materials.
- Participate in staff development programmes, school functions and community outreach events related to art and culture.
Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate with B.Ed or D.El.Ed in Art & Craft or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting, preferably handling primary classes.
- TET/CTET qualification is preferred and will be considered an advantage.
- Good knowledge of basic art techniques, craft materials and child psychology.
