Applicants must hold a graduate degree with B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized university. Prior teaching experience of at least three years in a school environment is essential. Familiarity with Windows and educational software is preferred. TET/CTET certification is welcome but not mandatory. Knowledge of child psychology and classroom engagement techniques will be an added advantage.
