3. Conduct monthly spelling bees and reading circles within the classroom.
4. Organize English language festivals and declamation contests each term.
5. Provide remedial support to students scoring below grade level in English.
6. Attend weekly subject meetings and share student progress reports with parents.
7. Set up English language corners with age-appropriate books and puzzles.
8. Participate in school-wide academic audits and parent-teacher meetings.
9. Contribute to the annual school magazine by editing student compositions.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have
Graduation in English or related discipline from a recognized university.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with English as a teaching subject.
Minimum three years of classroom teaching experience in primary English.
Familiarity with NCERT English textbooks for Classes 1 to 5.
Basic computer skills for digital lesson planning and assessment.
Good to Have
CTET or TET qualified candidates will be preferred.
Experience with phonics-based teaching methods.
Knowledge of phonemic awareness tools and multisensory learning aids.
Participation in English Olympiad training programs.
Familiarity with Google Classroom or similar LMS platforms.
Skills We Value
