- Provide constructive feedback to students, teachers, and parents
- Collaborate with other teachers to develop and implement school policies related to English education
- Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall development of the school
Required Qualifications
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized university
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a PRT English Teacher
- TET or CTET certification preferred
- Strong understanding of the English curriculum and teaching methodology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
