About This Role
Delhi Public School, a renowned institution in Dadri, Gautam Buddha Nagar, is seeking a Mathematics PRT to join its faculty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching Mathematics to students from Class 6 to Class 10.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver Mathematics lessons to students
- Prepare and administer Mathematics tests and assessments
- Maintain a well-organized and student-centered classroom environment
- Develop and implement engaging Mathematics projects and activities
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate Mathematics with other subjects
- Provide individualized support to struggling students
- Communicate with parents and guardians on student progress
- Stay updated with latest Mathematics curriculum and teaching methods
Required Qualifications
Must Have:
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification in Mathematics or related subject
- Strong knowledge of Mathematics curriculum and teaching methods
- 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting
Good to Have:
- CTET or TET qualification
- Experience with teaching Mathematics to students from classes 9 and 10
- Familiarity with online learning platforms and tools
Preferred Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Salary and Benefits
The selected candidate will receive a salary of Rs.18,000 - Rs.30,000 per month, as per the school's pay structure. Additionally, the candidate will be entitled to benefits such as medical insurance, leave encashment, and paid holidays.
