Key Responsibilities
As a Mathematics Teacher, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing and delivering engaging Mathematics lessons to students from grades 6 to 12
- Developing and implementing curriculum leadership to enhance student learning outcomes
- Coaching students for board exams and ensuring they achieve high scores in Mathematics
- Conducting regular assessments and providing constructive feedback to students
- Collaborating with colleagues to design and implement Mathematics projects and activities
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Participating in Mathematics department meetings and contributing to curriculum development
- Providing additional support to students who require extra help outside regular class hours
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A graduate degree in Mathematics or a related field
- A B.Ed degree or D.El.Ed degree with a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience
- A valid TET or CTET certification, although not mandatory, is preferred
