Job Description
PRT Mathematics Teacher Job in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh | School Recruitment
At The Infinity School in Dadri, Gautam Buddha Nagar, you’ll shape young minds with a strong foundation in Mathematics. This role focuses on delivering engaging, interactive lessons that bridge theory with practical applications, ensuring students grasp concepts like algebra, geometry, and calculus effectively. Your daily work will blend teaching, mentoring, and classroom management, all while adapting to diverse learning needs.
A typical working week at The Infinity School involves planning and delivering 20-25 Mathematics classes, mostly in Class 6 to 10. You’ll start by reviewing lesson plans, selecting age-appropriate materials, and preparing visual aids—think diagrams, real-world examples, and digital tools—to keep students engaged. Morning sessions often include group discussions, problem-solving sessions, and hands-on activities, while afternoons may involve revisiting challenging topics or preparing students for board exams.
Recurring responsibilities include daily classroom instruction, grading assignments, and maintaining student records. You’ll also conduct regular feedback sessions to assess progress, address misunderstandings, and reinforce key concepts. Keeping parents informed through updates or parent-teacher meetings is another key part of your role. Additionally, you’ll ensure classroom safety, discipline, and a conducive learning environment, especially in a school like The Infinity School where student behavior is a priority.
Periodic responsibilities include participating in curriculum reviews to align Mathematics teaching with the latest syllabus updates. You may also assist in organizing school events like science fairs or math competitions, where you can showcase your subject expertise and inspire students. Periodically, you’ll conduct unit tests, quizzes, and project evaluations to gauge comprehension and adjust teaching strategies accordingly. Collaborating with senior teachers to share best practices is another way you’ll contribute to the school’s academic growth.
