Role Summary
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Physical Education teacher to join our Physical Education team at Delhi Public School, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Physical Education to students and creating an engaging and supportive learning environment.
What You Will Do
* Plan and implement Physical Education lessons for students from Class 1 to 12
* Develop and implement Physical Education curriculum to promote physical fitness and well-being
* Conduct physical training sessions for students, focusing on teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship
* Organize and supervise sports events, tournaments, and competitions
* Develop and maintain a safe and healthy Physical Education environment
* Collaborate with other teachers to integrate Physical Education with other subjects
* Monitor and assess student progress in Physical Education
* Develop and implement strategies to promote physical activity among students
* Participate in professional development programs to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
Eligibility Criteria
* Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or equivalent
* B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree
* CTET/ TET qualifications are preferred but not mandatory
* 3 years of teaching experience in Physical Education
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Passion for Physical Education and commitment to creating a supportive learning environment
