Role Summary

Day-to-Day Duties

Eligibility Criteria
Must Have
Graduation in Psychology or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in counselling
Basic knowledge of child psychology and adolescent development
Good to Have
Postgraduate degree in Psychology or Counselling
Experience in school counselling environment
Familiarity with child protection and safeguarding norms
Preferred Skills
Strong communication skills to interact with students, parents, and staff
Leadership qualities to guide school initiatives on mental health
Organisational ability to manage records and schedule sessions
Empathy and patience in handling sensitive student issues
Salary and Benefits
Rs.18,000 to Rs.35,000 per month based on experience and qualifications
