Train student council members and prefects in leadership etiquette, conflict resolution, and delegation techniques. Conduct monthly mock press meets to simulate real-world scenarios.
Coordinate with the Delhi Public School counselling team to identify students needing targeted social-skills interventions. Prepare quarterly reports summarising progress and flagging at-risk cases.
Mentor newly joined staff on effective parent communication, email etiquette, and meeting protocols. Run induction workshops during summer breaks and mid-session breaks.
Oversee the school’s LinkedIn for Students initiative, guiding students in crafting professional profiles and drafting recommendation letters. Track alumni placement stories for motivational case studies.
Manage the soft-skills resource library, curating books, TED talks, and online courses for both students and faculty. Ensure content is age-appropriate and culturally relevant.
Attend weekly leadership meetings with the principal and vice-principal to align soft-skill outcomes with school-wide KPIs. Present data-driven insights on participation trends and skill gaps.
Who Can Apply
Graduates with a minimum of two years’ experience in training, HR, or student development are invited to apply. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is desirable; prior experience in a K–12 setting adds weight. Certification in NLP, Dale Carnegie, or Toastmasters will be considered an asset.
