Qualifications (Must Have):
A postgraduate degree in Education or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in special education or inclusive classroom management.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) preferred.
Experience in managing special education programs in a school setting is essential.
Skills:
Strong organizational skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Empathy and patience to build trusting relationships with students and families.
Problem-solving abilities to devise effective interventions for diverse learning challenges.
Basic knowledge of assistive technologies and adaptive learning tools beneficial.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to document progress and collaborate with stakeholders.
Understanding of Uttar Pradesh’s education policies and inclusive education frameworks.
Salary and Location:
