What You Will Do
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of Table Tennis players and coaches
- Develop and implement an annual training program for the school's Table Tennis team
- Schedule and conduct matches, tournaments, and other events
- Maintain a clean and organized Table Tennis facility and equipment
- Collaborate with the school's administration to promote the sport and increase participation among students
- Develop and implement a coaching philosophy and training methodology
- Evaluate player performance and provide feedback and coaching
- Maintain records of player progress and team performance
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in coaching Table Tennis
- Strong knowledge of Table Tennis rules and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in managing a Table Tennis program or team is an asset
