Ensure all coaching activities comply with school policies and safety regulations.
Qualification:
A graduate degree with at least three years of relevant experience in table tennis coaching or sports management.
Proven track record in developing athletes, preferably in a school or youth sports setting.
Essential Skills:
Strong knowledge of table tennis rules, techniques, and tactical strategies.
Ability to inspire and motivate students through interactive and engaging training methods.
Excellent organizational skills for scheduling, resource management, and team coordination.
Physical fitness and stamina to handle rigorous training sessions with students.
Experience in working with diverse age groups and adapting coaching styles accordingly.
Basic understanding of sports psychology to build confidence and discipline in athletes.
Salary and Location:
The Table Tennis Coach will be paid Rs.24,000 to Rs.40,000 per month, depending on experience and performance. This position is based in Sadar, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, with full-time employment benefits.
