Job Overview
The Tgt Academic Coordinator Mathematics Teacher will play a pivotal role in shaping the mathematical skills and knowledge of our students. As a key member of the Mathematics department, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement curriculum-aligned lesson plans for Mathematics classes
* Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to track student progress
* Provide individualized support to struggling students and challenge advanced learners
* Collaborate with the Tgt Academic Coordinator to develop and implement school-wide Mathematics initiatives
* Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports
* Participate in school-wide meetings and professional development workshops
* Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress
Who Can Apply
To be successful in this role, you should possess a postgraduate degree in Mathematics or a related field. A B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. is required, and TET/CTET certification is preferred. With at least 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting, you should have a strong understanding of curriculum design and implementation. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
