Key Responsibilities
* Own and develop the Computer Science curriculum, ensuring it aligns with CBSE guidelines and school policies
* Mentor junior staff members, providing guidance on pedagogical practices and subject matter expertise
* Collaborate with teachers to integrate Computer Science into other subjects, promoting interdisciplinary learning
* Analyze board results and develop strategies to improve student performance
* Plan and execute projects that enhance student learning and engagement
* Develop and implement assessment tools to measure student progress
* Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student performance and progress
* Collaborate with teachers to plan and execute school events and activities
* Develop and maintain relationships with local industry partners and educational institutions
* Participate in school-wide initiatives to promote academic excellence and innovation
Required Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
* B.Ed. with a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a school setting
* Preference will be given to candidates with NET or SET qualifications
* Strong understanding of Computer Science concepts and pedagogy
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a team and lead by example
* Familiarity with CBSE guidelines and school policies
