2. Prepare and evaluate assignments, quizzes and examinations to monitor student progress.
3. Integrate digital tools and e‑learning resources to enhance classroom interaction.
4. Conduct regular remedial sessions for students needing extra support in programming concepts.
5. Participate in departmental meetings and collaborate with fellow teachers for interdisciplinary initiatives.
6. Organize co‑curricular activities such as coding clubs, hackathons and tech fairs.
7. Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades and student portfolios as per school policy.
8. Guide students in career counseling related to computer science streams and competitive exams.
9. Ensure classroom discipline and foster a positive learning atmosphere.
10. Stay updated with the latest developments in computer science education and implement best practices.
Qualifications
- Post‑graduate degree in Computer Science or related field.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed is mandatory.
- TET / CTET qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in a school setting, preferably at the TGT level.
Experience & Skills
- Proven ability to teach programming languages such as Python, Java and C++.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with educational technologies and smart classroom equipment.
- Ability to develop engaging lesson plans and assess student outcomes effectively.
Salary & Benefits
The position offers a salary range of Rs.24,000 - Rs.50,000 per month, along with statutory benefits and professional development opportunities.
