Organize virtual debates and elocution contests using Zoom or Google Meet to boost spoken English.
Prepare students for board-style literature papers by uploading past-year question banks on the portal.
Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot basic LMS or smart-board issues during class.
Maintain a live attendance sheet on the LMS and update parents via SMS alerts.
Attend monthly tech-training workshops to stay updated on new tools.
Eligibility Criteria
Postgraduate in English with B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized Indian university.
Minimum two years of full-time English teaching experience in a secondary school.
CTET or TET certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
Fluency in spoken and written English is essential for classroom delivery.
Preferred Skills
Strong digital literacy with hands-on experience of LMS, Google Classroom, and smart boards.
Ability to design simple audio-visual lessons using Canva or similar tools.
Comfort in conducting online parent-teacher meetings and sharing digital feedback.
Willingness to mentor students in preparing for inter-school literary events.
