Key Responsibilities
As a TGT Hindi Teacher in our school, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and delivering lesson plans that cater to different learning levels
- Creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
- Assisting students in developing their Hindi language and literature skills
- Encouraging critical thinking and creative expression
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress
- Participating in staff meetings and professional development activities
- Providing support and guidance to students outside the classroom
- Maintaining a positive and respectful relationship with students, parents, and colleagues
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, you must have a postgraduate degree in Hindi (M.A. or equivalent) and a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree. Preference will be given to candidates who have a valid TET or CTET certification. A minimum of four years of teaching experience is required, preferably in a school setting.
Preferred Skills
We are looking for a TGT Hindi Teacher who is passionate about inclusive education and has a patient and empathetic approach. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to adapt to the needs of diverse learners. Experience with differentiated instruction and technology integration is desirable.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role will be Rs.25,000 - Rs.45,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to the salary, you will be entitled to a range of benefits, including medical insurance, leave travel assistance, and opportunities for professional development.
