Develop age-appropriate lesson plans that integrate sports, fitness routines, and health awareness into the curriculum. Collaborate with school management to organize inter-house sports competitions, extracurricular events, and fitness camps.
Monitor student participation, track progress, and provide constructive feedback to motivate students to excel in physical activities. Maintain a clean and well-equipped sports facility, including gym equipment, courts, and playing fields.
Involve parents through workshops or meetings to discuss fitness goals, nutrition, and the importance of a healthy lifestyle. Represent the school in local sports events or tournaments to promote team spirit and school pride.
Requirements
Hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a specialization or relevant experience in Physical Education. Possess a valid TET/CTET certificate to meet teaching eligibility criteria.
Ideally, have 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in Physical Education or related subjects. Strong knowledge of sports rules, fitness training techniques, and curriculum-based PE programs is essential.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English to interact effectively with students, parents, and school authorities. Ability to inspire and motivate students through dynamic teaching methods and a positive attitude.
Basic understanding of first aid and emergency response procedures for sports-related injuries. Familiarity with local sports infrastructure and community engagement opportunities in Gautam Buddha Nagar.
Compensation
