- Monitor student participation, assess progress, and provide constructive feedback.
- Coordinate with school administration to schedule inter‑school tournaments and intra‑school competitions.
- Maintain safety protocols during all physical training sessions and manage first‑aid procedures.
- Prepare and maintain records of attendance, performance, and incident reports.
- Mentor and support junior teachers in developing effective teaching strategies.
- Encourage inclusive participation, ensuring all students, regardless of ability, are engaged.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and health concerns.
- Keep abreast of latest trends in physical education and incorporate innovative techniques.
- Participate in faculty meetings, contribute to school policy discussions, and uphold institutional values.
Qualification, experience, salary, location
Post‑graduate degree, B.Ed or D.El.Ed required; TET/CTET preferred. Minimum 4 years of teaching experience in a school setting. Full‑time position with salary ranging from Rs.25,000 to Rs.40,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications, located in Dadri, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
