Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified and experienced TGT Social Science Teacher to join the team at Bls World School Greater Noida West. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Social Science to students in classes 6-10. The school is located in Dadri, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, and requires a dedicated and passionate teacher to teach Social Science.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare and teach Social Science lessons to students in classes 6-10.
2. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to promote student learning.
3. Assess and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
4. Maintain a well-organized and student-centered classroom environment.
5. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
6. Participate in staff meetings and contribute to school events.
7. Use technology to enhance teaching and learning.
8. Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and improve teaching practices.
9. Perform other duties as assigned by the school administration.
Required Qualifications
Must Have:
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized institution.
- TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Good to Have:
- Postgraduate degree in Social Science or related subject.
- Experience in teaching Social Science to students in classes 6-10.
- Familiarity with curriculum and teaching methods in Uttar Pradesh.
Preferred Skills
- Strong knowledge of Social Science curriculum and teaching methods.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with technology and digital tools.
- Familiarity with educational software and online resources.
