About This Role
Delhi Public School Siddharth Vihar invites applications for the position of Erp Manager to oversee the smooth functioning of the school’s integrated management system. This role is critical for maintaining seamless operations across admissions, finance, and academic tracking within the Erp framework. The Erp Manager ensures data accuracy, system upgrades, and user support for staff and stakeholders.
Day-To-Day Duties
Manage the day-to-day operations of the school’s ERP software, ensuring all modules function without disruption.
Train staff on ERP usage, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate with vendors for software updates.
Monitor data integrity, generate reports for school leadership, and implement security protocols for sensitive information.
Oversee the integration of new modules like library management or transport tracking as per school requirements.
Coordinate with the accounts and administrative teams to align financial data with ERP records.
Prepare monthly performance reports for the principal and management committee.
Ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines and school policies within the ERP system.
Address user queries promptly and document system enhancements for future reference.
Required Qualifications
Graduation in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is mandatory.
Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP management, preferably in a school or educational institution.
Familiarity with school ERP solutions such as Fedena, MyClassboard, or similar platforms is essential.
Preferred Skills
Strong leadership and team coordination abilities to guide staff on ERP usage.
Excellent communication skills to explain technical processes to non-technical users.
Problem-solving attitude with the ability to work under pressure during peak academic periods.
What You Get
The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary between Rs.30,000 and Rs.40,000, based on experience and qualifications.
