- Supervising library staff, including librarians and assistants, to ensure efficient and effective library operations.
- Developing and implementing library programs, including reader's advisory services, book clubs, and author talks.
- Collaborating with teachers to integrate library resources into the curriculum.
- Maintaining accurate records of library usage, including borrowing, returns, and fines.
- Ensuring compliance with school policies and procedures related to library services.
- Providing training and support to teachers and staff on library resources and services.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this LIBRARIAN position, you should have a graduate degree in Library Science or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a school library setting. A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) is not required for this non-teaching administrative role.
