About This Role
Aum Sun Public School is looking for a dedicated NTT English Teacher to shape young minds in Ghaziabad. The role focuses on creating a strong English foundation for students aged 3 to 5. Your teaching will directly impact their early language skills and love for learning.
Your Students
You will teach English to a lively group of 3-to-5-year-olds in Ghaziabad. Many students come from families that value early language exposure. Your lessons will help them build vocabulary, pronunciation, and confidence in a playful environment.
Day-to-Day Duties
Plan and conduct daily English lessons using songs, stories, and interactive activities for NTT students. Focus on phonics, basic grammar, and speaking skills through fun exercises.
Assess each child’s progress through informal observations and simple evaluations. Share feedback with parents during casual interactions or school events.
Prepare teaching materials like flashcards, charts, and audio-visual aids to keep young learners engaged. Keep the classroom environment colorful and language-rich.
Organize monthly English-themed events such as storytelling sessions or rhyme recitals to build confidence. Encourage participation from all students.
Collaborate with other NTT teachers to align English lessons with the school’s overall early learning goals. Attend weekly planning meetings to share ideas.
Maintain a clean and safe classroom that supports language learning. Ensure all materials are organized and accessible for young children.
Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress in English. Offer simple tips for practicing English at home.
Required Qualifications
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a focus on early childhood education.
Experience of at least 2 years in teaching English to young children.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with phonics-based teaching methods for early learners.
Patience and creativity to handle a classroom of 3-to-5-year-olds.
Basic knowledge of Hindi or local languages to support non-English-speaking students.
