What You Will Do
Prepare weekly lesson plans aligned with the NTT curriculum for early Mathematics skills.
Conduct daily Mathematics circle time focusing on number sense and logical thinking.
Use storytelling to explain mathematical ideas in a way that young children can relate to.
Organize indoor and outdoor Mathematics games to reinforce learning.
Assess each child’s progress through observation and simple worksheets.
Collaborate with the NTT team to integrate Mathematics with other subjects.
Maintain records of student participation and skill development in Mathematics.
Participate in monthly parent-teacher interactions to share Mathematics learning updates.
Required Qualifications
Graduation in any discipline with B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized Indian institution.
Minimum two years of experience in Mathematics teaching for early years.
TET or CTET is preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Skills
Fluency in Hindi and English for effective classroom communication.
Ability to create Mathematics-based teaching aids using locally available materials.
Patience and creativity to handle diverse learning paces in young children.
Basic familiarity with digital tools like interactive whiteboards for simple Mathematics activities.
