Khaitan World School in Ghaziabad seeks a dedicated Non-Teaching Teacher (NTT) to join its Mathematics department. This role focuses on delivering engaging and rigorous mathematics education to students in grades 6 to 12. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm for teaching, a strong grasp of mathematical concepts, and a passion for fostering critical thinking skills in young learners.
The Mathematics NTT will prepare lesson plans aligned with the school’s curriculum while adapting teaching methods to suit diverse learning abilities. Daily classroom instruction will include explaining theorems, solving problems, and encouraging interactive discussions. The role also involves assessing student progress, providing feedback, and collaborating with the Mathematics faculty to enhance teaching strategies. Part-time involvement in extracurricular math activities, such as competitions or clubs, may be expected.
To qualify, the candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a related field along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree. A minimum of three years of teaching experience, preferably in mathematics or a science subject, is required. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be an added advantage. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate strong communication skills, patience, and a commitment to nurturing academic growth in students.
