Role Summary
We are looking for a qualified Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Business Studies to join our faculty at Vardan International School. As a PGT Business Studies Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching Business Studies to students from Class 11 to 12. Your expertise in the subject, combined with your passion for teaching, will help our students develop a strong foundation in Business Studies and pursue their dreams.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Teach Business Studies to students from Class 11 to 12
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to improve their performance
- Conduct periodic tests and exams to evaluate student understanding
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings to keep parents informed about student progress
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver curricula that meet the needs of students
- Update teaching materials and resources to ensure they are relevant and effective
- Contribute to the development of the school's academic policies and programs
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Business Studies or a related field
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree
- TET or CTET certification is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting
- Strong knowledge of Business Studies and its applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
