What You Will Do
As a PGT English Teacher, you will be responsible for:
* Developing and implementing the English curriculum for Classes 9-12
* Coaching students for board exams and preparing them for competitive exams
* Conducting regular classes, workshops, and seminars to enhance students' language skills
* Evaluating student performance and providing constructive feedback
* Collaborating with other faculty members to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment
* Staying updated with the latest teaching methodologies and incorporating them into your teaching practices
* Assisting in the development of teaching materials and resources
* Participating in school events and extracurricular activities
* Providing guidance and mentorship to junior faculty members
Who Can Apply
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* A postgraduate degree in English Literature or a related field
* A B.Ed. degree or a D.El.Ed. certification
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching English at the senior secondary level
* Preference will be given to candidates who have appeared for TET or CTET
