PGT Fine Arts Teacher Position at Khaitan Public School

Khaitan Public School in Sahibabad invites applications for the role of Principal Grade Teacher (PGT) in Fine Arts. This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary of Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 55,000 for a qualified and experienced educator.

To qualify, candidates must hold a postgraduate degree in Fine Arts or an equivalent field. A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) is mandatory for teaching at this level.

The core responsibilities include designing and delivering comprehensive Fine Arts curriculum aligned with school standards. You will assess students’ work through practical evaluations, ensuring they meet academic and creative benchmarks. Planning and conducting weekly and annual projects, exhibitions, and workshops will be essential.

Additional duties may include collaborating with other subject teachers to integrate Fine Arts across different grade levels. Representing the school at local art festivals or cultural events could also fall under your responsibilities. Maintaining a well-stocked art lab and ensuring its smooth operation is part of your role.

Experience in teaching Fine Arts for at least two years is required. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it is highly beneficial for career progression. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, patience, and a passion for nurturing artistic talent in students.
