Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for senior secondary mathematics, ensuring alignment with Pprt (Post Graduate Professional Teacher) curriculum standards.
2. Conduct interactive classroom sessions, including practical demonstrations and real-world problem-solving exercises to enhance conceptual understanding.
3. Assess student performance through continuous evaluation, including weekly tests, monthly exams, and project-based assessments to track progress.
4. Prepare and maintain detailed student records, including attendance, academic progress, and behavioral evaluations as per school policies.
5. Collaborate with subject coordinators to design supplementary resources like worksheets, revision guides, and digital learning materials for better student engagement.
6. Participate in departmental meetings to discuss teaching strategies, curriculum updates, and student feedback to improve instructional effectiveness.
7. Ensure compliance with school rules regarding punctuality, professional conduct, and adherence to teaching schedules.
