What You Will Do
Plan weekly dance sessions for classes 1 to 5, ensuring progressive skill development.
Organize annual dance performances and school events with student participation.
Collaborate with art and music teachers to integrate cross-disciplinary creative projects.
Maintain discipline and safety during dance practice sessions and rehearsals.
Assess students’ progress through informal observations and practical evaluations.
Prepare students for inter-school dance competitions and cultural fests.
Document lesson plans and student progress for parent-teacher meetings.
Attend staff meetings and contribute to the school’s extracurricular planning.
Required Qualifications
Graduation in any discipline with B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized institution.
Minimum 2 years of experience teaching dance to primary students.
Preference for candidates with TET/CTET certification.
